Non Refund Policy
At Daily Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in digital marketing advertising and content creation that meet your expectations.
To ensure clarity and understanding between all parties, the following non-refund policy applies:
- Deposit Payments
We only accept full payment upon an agreed digital marketing campaign project. However, we may consider a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work on a specific client project under certain circumstances. This secures our client’s project in our schedule and compensates for preliminary work.
- Completed Work
Payments made for completed milestones or fully delivered projects are non-refundable. Each phase of the project is reviewed and approved by the client before proceeding to the next stage.
- Change Requests
Revisions outside the agreed-upon scope of work may incur additional charges. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with deliverables after revisions have been completed.
- Client Cancellation
If the client decides to terminate the project after work has commenced, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable. This covers the time and resources already invested in the project.
- Exceptional Circumstances
In cases where the inability to deliver the project is due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Digital Nature of Services
As digital marketing involves strategic preparation, refunds cannot be provided once work has begun or have been delivered.
- Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us to discuss potential solutions before pursuing other actions.
